Greetings [05 Jan 2005|07:44pm]

[ mood | geeky ]

Greetings to you, I am Billy, I was introduced to Dragonlance about four or five years ago, while I was playing D&D about a year before that. After that I was addicted and read all the main books (seasons, twins, 2nd generation, war of souls and such) and only a few of the others, which I need to read. I also have the campaign setting for it and 3.5 books( as you can probably tell, I'm a geek and love playing D&D) I am into role playing and such. So what else did I forget...Oh yes my favorite character is probably...hmm...tough...I'd have to say it is a toss up between Tas and Tanis.

ROLEPLAYING--Wanderlust [23 Dec 2004|01:41pm]

[ mood | wanderlusty ]

"Ah, woe is me! My feet are itching! Hey, did you know that itch powder really worked? I put some in my sister's shoes two nights ago and yesterday all she could do was hop up and down scratching her toes. It was quite amusing. But now MY feet are itching, and i certainly didn't put itch powder in my shoes!

Gee golly gosh. Hmm, I wonder where that phrase came from anyway. Honestly, who came up with it. Gee golly gosh? Oh well, it's fun to say. Gee golly gosh, maybe if I go take a walk the itch'll go away..." A young kender with a tight top-knot and rainbow colored clothing from a scarf down to socks grins and hops up and down excitedly.

"LET'S GO ON A JOURNEY! I WANNA GO EXPLOOOOOOORING!" The Kender jumps up, dashes into the nearest house, and walks out within 5 minutes, whistling innocently, pockets bulging with an assorted collection of maps and food. She stops, puzzled. "I wonder how this stuff got in my pouches... Oh well! Guess someone decided to help me on my travels!"

The kender straps her pouches securely to her person, grabs her hoopak tightly, twirls around for effect, and marches out of town.

Within 6 hours of steady walking, she has passed out of Kendermore completely. Considering her options, she decides to go north to the great city of Palanthas, where she had heard there was a real easy entrance via a crack in the side wall.

On her way, however, she chances across a beardless elf who she suspected has ran off from home. Elves don't usually leave home until they are substantially grown. "Hey!!" she calls excitedly. "aren't you a bit young to be out here all alone?" she asks, oblivious to her girlish voice and child-like appearance.

Fanfic: Lost In The Hourglass [07 Nov 2004|08:54pm]

[ mood | bouncy ]

Hey all! I joined this community a while ago just never had anything worthy to post up until now. I've written a fanfic that I'm sure you'll all enjoy.

Title: Lost in the Hourglass
Author: Rocky aka crazzy_monkey
Rating: PG13, just to be safe.
Genre: Romance/Angst
Warnings: Spoilers to all those that haven't read Time, War, and Test of the Twins.
Info: Takes place during War/Test of the Twins. Raistlin/Crysania pairing. One shot songfic. The song is Stupid by Sarah McLachlan.

Disclaimers: I own nothing from Dragonlance. I only own my imagination.

To all those who have dreamed of the three magical moons and what lay beyond them...Collapse )

Feedback would be great, loves. It would make the authoress ever so happy. :D

'Lo, all. I've been walking the lands of Krynn since I was about nine years old. (Reorx! I feel like a Kender saying that, journeying for so long.) Like many people, I am also a fan of the great archmagus, Raistlin Majere. I hope to make the acquaintances of the rest of you soon.

Dragonlance Website [24 Jul 2004|04:11pm]

Nish and I are working on a DL website for this community. But as we are both procrastinators, progress is going quite slowly. Also, Nish is having problems with her wrist and is unable to use the computer for very long at once. But, none the less, it will hopefully be up soon.

Quick, Easy, Painless Rules [30 Jun 2004|10:37am]

[ mood | optimistic ]

Here are the only rules you will ever need to follow in this community.

1.) No flaming other people's posts.
2.) No hate-posts. Don't join just to denounce Dragonlance and everything to do with it. (You wouldn't do that, anyway, would you?)
3.) Please post about things related to Dragonlance. Even if they're only minutely related. (You can post about how this new guy in your school reminds you of Sturm. Umm--just don't make me meet him.)
4.) Always remember that Dragonlance is awesome!!!

Welcome to Lunitari's Crescent, and thanks for checking us out! We'd really love for you to join; it's growing and developing more every day. This is simply a Dragonlance community. We appreciate any posts pertaining to Dragonlance, Dungeons and Dragons, or any related merchandise. We also appreciate posts pertaining to any authors of the Dragonlance series. (i.e.: Margaret Weis, Tracy Hickman)

As we continue to grow and add new things to the community, I will post a new entry for everyone to look at, and it will be added to the memories.

That's it! Thanks for reading, and please join Lunitari's Crescent!
